I ordered us to us shipping so I could get my order quickly. They claimed my order had been shipped, but the usps tracking shows usps hasn't even received my package. It has been almost a week in this status. This has been a terrible experience and I may use a different supplier going forward 🤬

My order was held up due to an issue with the bank but the excellent customer service kept me informed every step of the way until my order arrived. I will e doing business with them again.
Customer support do not answer questions, only go on circles with copy paste responses. Order was processed after more than seven days despite starting a two hour process time. I was lied to multiple times about this as well. Still no product delivered, stay away until they sort out their issues.
